2007 Autumn proves to be a good season for Tie Guan Yin. Besides the very good
batch of Tie Guan Yin KING (2007 Autumn),
Kam gets a special batch from his tea group.

A very high grade batch of Tie Guan Yin. Best of the best in Kam's tea group.
This batch has full flavor but not too dense. It's super smooth (i.e., if you
brew it correctly). If you brew with a gaiwan, even smelling the gai (lid) after
brewing is an enjoyment. The echoing is strong. Quality tea flavor keeps coming
back after the round of tea is done.

Kam got limited amount of the batch to put online. Tea is packaged in 10g vacuum
bags. Brewing ratio is 10 tea : 60 water. Brew time 10-15 sec. with 100C water.
This tea can last 9 infusions. Check out Kung
Fu Cha brewing if needed.

General information: Tie Guan Yin is the best selling tea type of Southern China and Taiwan. It's also the most popular tea for Kung Fu Cha. (general information on
oolong tea)
